Just one Plea - #3 - God's Cure for the Whole "Us"
Sin has left us in ruin. It has ruined us spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually, relationally, and more. It is not something that you just get over. God, our Father, has provided a cure for the whole “us.” A sermon on Psalm 51:7-9.
Just One Plea - #2 - My Sinful Beginnings and Hope
We come into this world sinners and sinful. David tells us so when he confesses, “Surely, I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me” (Psalm 51:3). Throughout our lives, we continue our sinful way. We give ample evidence of our sin on one day alone. From the cradle to the grave we are sinful. We have no hope in us, but there is hope for us. We have just one plea: “Jesus Christ has died for me!”
