Those who came to the tomb on Easter morning were running on empty. They were worn, tired, broken, afraid. But then Jesus came to them, showed them he was alive, and now they ran on a new sort of empty - the empty tomb.
In many ways, we too may be running on empty. God grant that we may run on a new sort of empty - the power and strength of the empty tomb.
