The Mount Weekend Update - 8/6/2021

Be Like God: We’re aliens. We’re strangers. We’re foreigners. As we sing in one of our hymns, “I’m but a stranger here.” There is a powerful and important gospel truth in that. In Christ, “we were created to be like God, in true righteousness.” This is who we are in Christ! It’s a powerful statement of Christian identity. Paul calls us to be like God as we live together and as we live as strangers in this world.

This weekend we are continuing our way through Ephesians and we will be looking at Ephesians 4:17-24.

Please join us for worship:

In-person on Saturday at 5:30 pm or Sunday at 9:30 am. We also plan to Livestream both services here. Sorry for the confusion about the Saturday services: we will still have worship on Saturday at 5:30 pm. The Board of Nurture is visiting with all normal attenders of the Saturday services and determine a way forward especially as new concerns are rising for some. We will communicate clearly about any changes well in advance if any changes
