Midweek Advent Worship

Advent is a season of the church year during which we focus on the "in-between." We live in between the promise and the fullfillment. We live in between the first coming and the second coming. We live in-between. This series looks at four Bible characters and will help us to see what we already have and what is yet to be.

12/1 - Waiting for Favor. We wait with Elizabeth and share her show as she sees how God has removed her shame and granted her his favor.

12/8 - Waiting for Fulfillment. We wait with Mary to whom the Lord had promised a Son. She, with all the saints of hold, we were waiting for the Lord's sure word to be upheld.

12/15 - Waiting for Freedom. We wait with Zechariah for redemption so that we are able to serve our Lord without fear.

12/31 (New Year’s Eve) - Waiting for Dismissal. We wait with Simeon for our final dismissal from this earth and for our entry into glory.

There are two midweek Advent worship opportunities: (12/1, 12/8, and 12/15).

4:30 pm.

6:30 pm.

We are requiring that attendees at the 6:30 pm service wear a mask for the sake of those who are more vulnerable and cautious. Thank you for your continued love for others.

PS! It’s not too late to signup for the chili cookoff this weekend. And even if you don’t, you can still come!
