DNA

DNA is the code of life that defines who you are and what you do. Mount Lebanon has a DNA too! We are a community for the community with Jesus as our heartbeat. We share one faith and one ministry. We are one family with many parts. This is our DNA. This is who we are in Christ. And now, everything that we do as a church flows out of our DNA. In this sermon series, we want to explore five things that we will do together: Gathering, Growing, Connecting, Giving and Going. This is who we are. This is what we do.

Going

We are a community for the community with Jesus as our heartbeat. And we are going to keep on going with the gospel until the whole world hears. (We’ll be looking at Mark 1:29-39.)

BIG THINGS THIS WEEKEND!

TOMMOROW! SATURDAY Building Plans for Lighthouse Youth Center/School Ministry/ Community Center

We have been working on both building and ministry plans for a new ministry center that will be used primarily to support our school ministry, to host Lighthouse Youth Center, as well as other community events. On Saturday, October 9 from 10 am – 12 pm, in an open forum we will present and discuss these plans as a congregation and as a ministry. We hope you’ll be able to join us to learn about our planning and to share your input regarding our future work together.

Patch with a Purpose

Mount Lebanon is very excited to host  its very first pumpkin patch during the month of October! The program will be used as a fundraiser for our youth ministries, both for the community building which will host Lighthouse Youth Center and for a youth group at church. We feel the time is now to rally around Hampton Heights and offer something fun and meaningful which could become a tradition for years. The patch will be located in the grassy area at 60th and Stark and will come complete with fun fall decorations and a photo area! We hope to see you there! Can you help staff the patch? Sign-up for a shift here.
